Texoma Leadership Collective is a community of faith driven business leaders who desire to flourish at work, home, and in Texoma.
The primary goal of the Texoma Leadership Collective is to create a supportive ecosystem that nurtures the development of faith-driven business owners and leaders while simultaneously benefiting the community as a whole.
This program will facilitate the growth of individuals in leadership roles, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to address the unique challenges facing their business and community with the purpose of enhancing their personal well-being and growth of their business, which have downstream effects on the entire region.
The Texoma Leadership Collective initiative is a forward-thinking approach to nurturing leadership and community growth. Professional Coach, Lantz Howard is guiding the formation of the collective. The goal is to launch the first collective in January 2024 with limited number of community partners.
